I’m Yvette Ervin, a Yoga Nidra facilitator and wellness coach. ancestral healing practitioner, author, and global feminine mystic devoted to helping others reconnect to themselves through deep rest, nervous system restoration, subconscious healing, and intentional healing practices.
My work blends ancient wisdom with grounded transformation, drawing from Yoga Nidra, energy healing, ancestral work, and intuitive guidance to support emotional clarity, inner balance, and personal evolution.
After studying Yoga Nidra in Rishikesh under the guidance of Yogi Sachidananda, I began integrating this powerful practice into my work to help people slow down, regulate the nervous system, and create space for the body to heal naturally.
Yoga Nidra is how I create space to help people move beyond survival mode, reconnect with their truth, and remember the deeper purpose of who they are.
Yogi Sri Sachidananda's journey is truly remarkable.
With a Master's degree in Geography and Naturopathy, and Yogic Science, Yogi Sachidananda's academic background laid a solid foundation for his spiritual pursuits. His quest for truth led him to explore various spiritual institutions, including the Raja Yoga school of Brahma Kumaris, where he honed his meditation skills, and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, where he spent 12 years studying spiritual knowledge.
Undeterred, he continued his search for the authentic tradition of Kundalini Yoga, eventually finding his way to the Bihar School of Yoga, where he spent 20 years mastering the ancient art. His dedication and passion earned him recognition, and he became a certified Yoga Alliance USA instructor in 2017.
For the past 15 years, Yogi Sachidananda has been sharing his knowledge and experience with spiritual seekers from around the world, guiding them on their own journey of self-discovery. His unique approach blends traditional wisdom with scientific understanding, making Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra accessible to all.
Through his teachings, Yogi Sachidananda empowers students to awaken their inner potential, leading to profound transformations. His guidance has helped many experience deeper states of consciousness, inner peace, and a sense of unity with the universe.

A: A single session is designed to provide immediate relief, relaxation, and nervous system support.
The 3-session and 6-session journeys are designed for deeper recalibration, subconscious restoration, and longer-lasting transformation through consistent guided practice.
One session can help you exhale. Repeated sessions help the mind and body learn how to stay regulated, rested, and connected over time.
A: Not at all.
Yoga Nidra is designed to be accessible for everyone — even if you’ve never meditated before or struggle to relax.
You will simply lie down comfortably while being gently guided into a deeply restorative state between sleep and wakefulness where the body can naturally rest, reset, and heal. No experience required.
A: Many people turn to Yoga Nidra for support with:
* anxiety & overthinking
* burnout & emotional exhaustion
* stress & nervous system overload
* insomnia & difficulty resting
* mental fog & lack of clarity
* emotional regulation
* healthier subconscious programming
* feeling disconnected from themselves
Over time, consistent practice can help create deeper calm, improved
sleep, emotional balance, increased clarity, and a stronger connection
to yourself and your body.
A: During the session, you will lie down comfortably in a quiet space while being gently guided through a restorative Yoga Nidra experience designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
There is nothing to force, perform, or “do correctly.”
This practice is about allowing the body to deeply rest and receive.
A: Wear comfortable clothing and prepare a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax without interruptions. You may also want a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, or anything that helps your body feel safe and supported. The goal is to allow your body to fully let go so you can receive the deepest benefits from the session.
A: If your internet connection drops during the session, simply reconnect using the same Zoom link as soon as possible. If technical issues continue, we’ll do our best to reschedule or provide support so you can complete your experience with ease.
A. Yoga Nidra global collective online sessions usually happen every Sunday until further notice. If there is a change in the schedule, you will be notified via social media or email (if you have previously booked your session).
