I’m Yvette Ervin, a Yoga Nidra facilitator, ancestral healing practitioner, and feminine mystic devoted to helping others reconnect to themselves through deep rest, nervous system restoration, and intentional healing practices.

After studying Yoga Nidra in Rishikesh under the guidance of Swami Niranjan at the foot of the Himalayas, I began integrating this powerful practice into my work to help people slow down, regulate the nervous system, and create space for the body to heal naturally.

Having traveled the world as a healer and spiritual guide, this is one of the many ways I shine my light to the collective — by creating grounded spaces where people can rest deeply, breathe fully, and reconnect to the wisdom within themselves.
